If you contact us for a tracking number:

If you contact us following a problem with the delivery of your vaporizer :

Please send an e-mail to suivi@lacentralevapeur.com with the subject "Delivery problem - your order reference + tracking number" (if you have one) and please describe your problem as far as possible.

Please note, however, that delivery personnel/carriers are all geo-located to the nearest metre and minute, which means that we can quickly trace your parcel and provide you with an answer.

If you contact us to report broken glass in a parcel:

Glass is never under warranty:

You haveone hour after receipt of the parcel to send us an e-mail to sav@lacentralevapeur.com and attach as many photos of the broken glass as possible.

If you contact us to request warranty coverage for your vaporizer:

Send an e-mail to sav@lacentralevapeur.com with the subject "SAV - votre référence commande".

Describe your problem and attach to your e-mail :

• A full front and profile view of your device.
• As clear a photo as possible of the inside of your vaporizer bowl.

A member of our team will get back to you by e-mail or telephone if necessary, within 24 hours if possible or as soon as possible.

Please note that a vaporizer can be used to vaporize CBD hemp flowers and CBD resins, as well as all the plants in the world.
