  • If you contact us for advice before or after purchasing a portable and salon vaporizer, our steam hotline is available from 11am to 6pm and free of charge on :

Please note that a vaporizer can be used to vaporize CBD hemp flowers and CBD resins but also and especially all plants in the world.

  • If you contact us for a tracking number:

All tracking numbers are provided between 5pm and 8pm.

If you did not receive it, we invite you to look at your spam folder.

Please note: We do not pack on Saturdays and Sundays.

Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be dispatched on Monday.

  • If you contact us due to a problem with the delivery of your vaporizer:

Please send an email with the subject line "Delivery problem - your order reference + tracking number" (if you have one) and describe as much as possible about your problem please.

A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible, by e-mail or telephone.

NB: In these times all carriers are very impacted and there may be anomalies, but very often your package will arrive well, sometimes with a few hours delay following the delivery notification.

However, you should know that the deliverymen / carriers are all geo-located to the nearest meter and minute, which allows you to quickly find a trace of your package and bring you an answer.

  • If you contact us for a request following a broken glass in a parcel:

The glass is never subject to warranty:

You haveone hour after receipt of the package to send us an e-mail and attach as many pictures as possible of the broken glass.
A member of our team will get back to you by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours or as soon as possible.
The glass must be unused.

  • If you contact us to request warranty coverage for your vaporizer:

Send an email to contact@lacentralevapeur.com with the subject line "After Sales - your order number-.

Describe your problem and attach to your e-mail:

  • A full front and side view of your device.
  • A clear picture of the inside of your vaporizer bowl.
