A mouthpiece offering a particularly pleasant airflow, with small glass recesses that cool the vapor even more than the Arizer mouthpiece.
With its pimples in the glass, the ArGo aerotube for Arizer delivers a fresher vape than with the original ArGo mouthpiece/stem.
The spikes, rather like a Vigreux column, create a longer vapour path, because instead of going straight down your throat, the vapour has to pass through a glass path that allows it to cool down better.
