Is The Proxy compatible with hash or resins?

Basically, the Proxy is designed for concentrates such as Live Rosin, BHO, Wax, shatter, distillate.

With hash full of plant matter, such as dry, semi, foamy, then NO, the Proxy is not suitable - consider the Carta 2 and its plant/resin atomizer.

With very high-quality resins, such as WPFF, ice-o-lator, static, then YES, the Proxy is compatible. You'll need to take care of it very often and favor the first two temperatures to avoid the burning taste due to the presence of plant matter.

Then remember to equip yourself with ISO alcohol.

Cleaning is done in two stages, hot and cold.

The bowl is cleaned hot with a simple wipe of paper towel, for example, and the same goes for the carb cap and the outside of the atomizer.

Cold:

Dip the atomizer in 99.9% ISO alcohol and allow to dry.
Do not use water to rinse!
You can remove and recover the reclaim in a way never before offered on the market.
As the silicone coating is non-peroxidized, the remaining wax(reclaim) can be recovered with a simple dabber, just as you do when you dab yourself with a silicone container.
Bluffing.

Instructions for use:

• A long press switches The Proxy on and off.
• A short press switches from one temperature to another (4 choices), symbolized by the following color scheme (from least hot to hottest): blue, green, red and white.
• A double press starts heating, and the Proxy vibrates when ready.
• Five presses in succession launch a special mode with a heat boost.
• Three successive presses indicate battery status by flashing using the color scheme (red, blue, green and white - full charge).

You can find a more affordable version of the Vape Pen here, the Mini Dab Katalyzer.

Although not as high-end, it remains a real alternative and also enables you to vaporize your waxes and the purest quality resins (with no residual plant matter, known as full melt).

The difference between the two lies mainly in the bowl and heating system:

• The Proxy's bowl is easier to clean and heats gently.
• The Proxy heats only at the edges, while the Mini Dab heats from underneath, giving the Proxy a much better flavor rendition.
• The Proxy is not suitable for making resins, whereas the Mini Dab Katalyzer can handle very high quality resins.
