How to use the Mambo XVape:
Grind your herbs to a medium grind, then open the Mambo chamber and fill the capsule with your herbs, taking care not to over-pack.
Press the power button 3 times quickly to switch the unit on/off. It should then vibrate and the power light should flash 3 times. After start-up, the unit automatically preheats for 15 seconds, during which time the red LED flashes. After 15 seconds of warm-up, the device vibrates twice to indicate that it is ready for use, and the power indicator lights up. Inhale through the mouthpiece; you don't need to hold down a button to inhale.
Note: maximum of 8 seconds for each inhalation.
Total session duration is 3 minutes after each switch-on, including warm-up time.
We recommend stirring the contents of the bowl regularly (with the tool supplied, for example) to optimize vapor production.
If you find that the Mambo gets too hot in your hand: each unit comes with a protective silicone sleeve to slide over the bottom of the unit to act as a heat shield.
Charging the Mambo XVape :
- When charging the device for the first time, we recommend leaving it plugged in for at least 6 hours.
- Please use the USB-C charging cable supplied or other standard USB chargers to charge the device, and ensure that the input does not exceed 5V/1A per charge, as this may damage the device.
- LED indicators and battery levels
- Green: 80-100
- White: from 30 to 80
- Red: -30
- Fully charging the device takes between 1 and 1.5 hours.
- The battery can be used for around 7 3-minute sessions at the maximum temperature of 240 ℃ (464 ℉) after each full charge.
Optimize steam production:
- A longer heating time can help produce a denser vapor.
- Slow, prolonged inhalation will help you achieve a much denser vapor and improve vapor taste.
- Please do not overfill or pack the chamber, as this may result in uneven heating or even clog the mouthpiece grill and prevent steam circulation.
- If your flowers are too moist or of poor quality, little steam will be produced. Test with a higher-quality product.
Cleaning your XVape Mambo :
To maintain your Mambo, we recommend cleaning the mouthpiece and chamber after each use.
- Remove the mouthpiece and expose the air tube hole. Clean with the brush supplied. The filter can be removed by pushing the brush through the air tube.
- Remove the filter from the main body and clean it with iso alcohol. If the grille is too damaged, consider replacing it.
- Use alcohol wipes to clean the mouthpiece, and a cotton bud soaked in isopropyl alcohol to clean it thoroughly.
- Remove herbs from the capsule with the cleaning tool, then use a wipe or cotton bud soaked in isopropyl alcohol to clean the chamber walls.
- Remove any remaining debris with a damp cotton bud and damp paper towel. After cleaning all these parts, make sure the entire unit is completely dry before use.
Error codes :
- Low-voltage indicator: red LED flashes rapidly 10 times
- Short-circuit indicator: red LED flashes rapidly 5 times
