How to use:

1. Fill the stainless steel bowl with crushed herbs rather finely, do not tap too much.
2. Put on the CAP, then heat it for about 5-6 seconds (depending on the power of your lighter) while turning it, inhale smoothly and regularly. See a little steam escape from the bowl and Cape Cap can be a good index to know when inhaling.
3. If there is still no steam, keep heating a few more seconds, and try until you get steam.
4. After a cycle, use the silicone finger guard (or bamboo tweezers) to remove the cap into hot quartz, wait for it to be cooled to touch it with your hands.
