Utilization of the dry Roman Chamomile flower:

-Tea and infusion:

For an infusion tea cup (15cl): 1 tablespoon in simmering water (1 to 2g). Let it infuse 15 min away from the fire, in a covered pan. Filter. It is recommended to drink 2 to 3 cups per day, preferably without sugar. To consume with a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
