Utilization of the Matricaria Chamomile:

-Tea and infusion:

3g of dry flowers in 300ml of cold water, bring it to ebullition, let it boil for a minute by reducing the fire to its lower level then infuse for 5 minutes, filter and drink it or preserve it cold.

To consume along your day in several times according to the pain you want to cure (see below).

-Vaporization- All plants can be vaporized with a vaporizer, however few plants produces a lot of visible vapor during the exhalation.

-Functional digestive disorders

-Anti-inflammatory.
