All Vector lighters are covered by this warranty: no proof of purchase is required to benefit from the Vector warranty service. The brand has technicians who repair lighters at the manufacturing plant in the USA. It is the last American lighter company to offer this type of warranty.

What is covered by the warranty Vector?

Vector and LCV change your lighter under the following conditions:

An e-mail and prior agreement must be sent to and obtained from LaCentraleVapeur.
The lighter must be returned with a cheque for 13 euros made out to La Centrale Vapeur to cover shipping and repair costs.

All lighters and torches Vector, even damaged ones, are taken into account, but don't count on Vector if you need to reassemble a lighter in parts. If all the lighter's removable parts are in good condition Vector will repair your lighter, except in the case of wear and tear such as breakage or falling on the ground.

Mutilated lighters, with more than two parts broken or missing, are not covered by this warranty.
