All Vector lighters are covered by this warranty: no proof of purchase is required to receive Vector warranty service. Vector has technicians who repair lighters at their manufacturing facility in the USA. This makes Vector the last lighter company in the USA to offer this type of lifetime warranty. What is covered by the Vector warranty? Vector and LCV will exchange your lighter with the following conditions: an email and prior agreement must be sent to and obtained from LaCentraleVapeur. The lighter must be returned with a cheque for €13 made out to La Centrale Vapeur - this is to cover the cost of return postage and repair. If all removable parts of the lighter/torch are in good condition Vector will repair your lighter unless it is worn out from breaking or falling to the ground.
