What is covered by the Vector warranty?

Vector and LCV will exchange your lighter with the following conditions:

An email and prior agreement must be sent and obtained from LaCentraleVapeur.
The lighter must be returned with a cheque for 13 euro made out to La Centrale Vapeur - this is to cover the cost of return postage and repair.

All Vector lighters and torches, even the damaged ones, but don't rely on Vector if you need to reassemble a lighter in parts. If all removable parts of the lighter are in good condition Vector will repair your lighter except in the case of wear and tear such as breakage / falling on the ground.

However, mutilated lighters with more than two parts broken or missing are not covered by this warranty.
